A merits hearing was held at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal on 4 and 5 September regarding the proposed development plan for 10 Alvina Street (the former Clayton West Primary School site). The development plan under consideration is for 96 dwellings, refused by Council at the August 2017 Council meeting.
