Today's Monash Leader has documented some of my recent comments on community consultation for our new Waste Strategy.
While I don't think it's outrageous, I do think the mailout represents an unnecessary expense. Council Officers have gathered resident views on hard rubbish collection through a range of means already, and we've received hundreds of responses.
Nonetheless, I encourage you to carefully consider the information provided to you through the mailout and to return your survey form promptly.
